If they heat up the original intake and engine - dyno it without fans - and then do the new CAI with a relatively cool engine and fans, it would likely yield their numbers!!!!!

Still.... makes for really nice "Engine Fluff" when you're showing of your toy!

David, take a look at the threads about this. A couple of us are running you guy's kits, myself included. So far, so good too. Thanks for posting though.

I bet you would get more hp with this than a 170 t stat

David: I appreciate you designing an intake for our cars. Our aftermarket is extremely small so any parts we can get is good for us. If you know of anyone who can do new upper and lower grills I bet that would be a big seller for the Taurus crowd. It would fit all 2010-2011 Taurus and not just the SHO.

You're probably right! I would have bought one, but it came out about 4 days after I made my own...

Got mine today! Thanks for a great quality part, noticed a bit of a difference, definitely a little more push in the seat. Was also surprised, didn't notice much of a noise difference over the modded box.

For those wondering it's a really nice peice, easy install too. I was done in 30 minutes start to finish. I have a tune coming from Livernois, tuner should arrive Wednesday and I hope to have all the files and tune installed for the weekend. Great product at a good price.

Do Flex EB owners just buy the 450-260 version or is there a different one? I see it on Jegs and Summit for $261.

How much louder is this intake over stock? With the k&n filter in the stock box is made the turbo spool a little more audible.

Just called my local Mopac Dealer. They don't have any in-stock yet however he quoted me $283 CDN and they would have to order it from Airaid.
Don't know if this is a good price or not.....

Prtsgeek has them for $225 with free shipping. [Link removed per request of Parts Geek webmaster]

I have never ordered from this company before but I have read online that they are reputable.

Just ordered through above link. You have to pay close attention to what you click on, they try hard to sign you up with all kinds of clubs and spam sites to hook you for additional money but if you just mouse over the links and buttons you will see where they go. Still a great deal.

You probably made the mistake of searching for your model when the link Billm0066 gave was already on the right model and year. Amazon will do the same thing when you search for stuff. When you find the low price you need to link to it like Billm0066 did. Thanks Bill.
